Lightning flashed and thunder cracked but neither deterred these Epworth gals from practicing yoga at the lovely Sunset Ridge Winery. Despite the storm, it proved a perfect venue for meditative reflection and asana poses. Jody did a great job in her first yoga experience ever! And it was so nice to chat and practice with Stacie as we are both participating in Body & Soul's teacher training.
This is a definite MUST DO ladies! Check the calendar because I am going to offer this YOGA SESSION again!
What a venue, what a practice, what a day! Swifty is an amazing instructor with a plethora of experience. Had a lovely time hanging out with everyone at Dubuque's latest and greatest piece of paradise! DubuqueSwiftyRocks!!!!
